Todd Henson has a wide range of experience in track and field having worked with athletes at various levels ranging from youth to Olympic Caliber. He is currently the assistant coach of the USATF High Performance team at the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, Ca. Todd’s coaching philosophy is “Athletes First”. An up and coming coach on the international scene, his talents are yet being discovered. Todd has a strong background in Sports Science as well as being proficient in the use of new coaching technologies, including Dartfish.
 
Todd is committed to building on existing knowledge and experience of track and field training theories and methods. He has completed USA Track & Field Level 1 and Level 2 Coaching Certifications in the sprints, hurdles, and jumps and has recently completed his Level 3 Certification. He is also a Speed, Agility, & Conditioning (SAC) Level 1 Certified Coach.
 
Todd developed more than 30 NAIA All–Americans as assistant coach at Western Washington University (WWU). Todd assists in preparing and administering out-of-season conditioning programs for Denver Broncos and other NFL players. Todd founded and coached the Bellingham Track Club in Bellingham, WA.
